All full-time employees, working 30 hours or more per week, are eligible for the Benefits Package described below.
Employees are eligible for a health care package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD and LTD coverage. Ingenu pays approximately 75%-100% of premiums for employees and their families to include medical, dental and vision coverage.
The following optional plans are available at employee’s expense:
- Flexible Spending Account (FSA) with a maximum of $2,550
- Dependent Care Account (DCA) with a maximum of $5,000
- Mutual of Omaha Supplemental Insurance
Employees accrue 120 hours/year (15 days) of personal time off with a cap at 180 hours, with increases at 5 and 10 years of service.
Employees accrue up to 48 hours/year of sick leave with a maximum roll-over of 24 hours.
Ingenu currently offers 10 paid holidays per year.
Employees of Ingenu, have the option to enroll in the 401K plan with Principal Financial.
