Roadway Lighting

Device

LED Roadway Lighting NXT series luminaires are LED street lights that are remotely monitored, controlled, and automated over RPMA® (Random Phase Multiple Access) wireless connectivity. The street lights provide energy savings of more than 75% over traditional lighting solutions due to the combination of LED lights and RPMA-enabled automatic control, dimming, and alerting.

Data & Connection

RPMA’s two-way connectivity makes street light management easy. When maintenance issues arise, the luminaires send alerts through the RPMA network to the back office. Cities like Aruba can quickly control and automate lights from the main office on the fly or using automated plans making event planning, emergency response, and energy savings plans simple to implement.

AP

Because RPMA access points (AP) receive and understand over a thousand messages simultaneously, adjusting street lighting solutions during large events is seamless. Unlike mesh or cellular solutions that get bogged down, Ingenu’s AP can handle the message traffic necessary to adjust street and traffic lights after a big game or concert lets out. Ingenu’s RPMA enables your lighting to be adjusted when you need it most.

Cloud

Our restful API means that RPMA-enabled devices like LED Roadways’ luminaires work with whatever interface you need, all in the cloud. Using the industry standard RESTful interface, we play nice with your favorite data tools, no matter where they reside.

Application Interface

LED Roadways Lumen IQ™ is a wireless monitoring and control system that allows cities to manage their street light inventory with the click of a mouse. Maximize your energy savings with dimming schedules relayed via RPMA. Be proactive by identifying outages and maintenance events in real time by simply looking at your screen. With RPMA-connected luminaires, light management has never been easier or more cost-effective.

Flood Sensors

Device

Flood sensors placed near river beds, in canyons, and on bridges detect water levels before they become a problem, not after. When triggered alerts are sent, the back-office software platform automatically alerts emergency personnel who close impacted roads and use reverse 911 notifications to evacuate residents in danger.

Data & Connection

An alert-based system, flood sensors are triggered and alerts are sent as needed over the RPMA® (Random Phase Multiple Access) wireless data pipe. Because these kinds of alerts happen very infrequently, the sensors can be placed and last for 20+ years, allowing for protection over the long run. Because of RPMA’s cost-effective and long-lasting solution, municipalities of all types can afford to protect their citizens.

AP

Because RPMA access points (AP) receive and understand over a thousand messages simultaneously, handling the potentially large number of incoming alerts during literal flood events is no problem. Mesh, cellular and cellular LPWA, as well as other existing LPWA solutions, get bogged down under high-capacity events, like simultaneous flood alerts. Ingenu’s APs handle the alert traffic easily, ensuring the life-saving alerts get through.

Cloud

Our restful API means that RPMA enabled devices like life-saving flood sensors work with whatever interface you need, all in the cloud. Using the industry standard RESTful interface, we play nice with your favorite data tools, no matter where they reside.

Application Interface

The flood sensor back-office software includes an intelligent platform to help communities monitor their waterways with ease. Alert generation and forwarding, as well as notifications and warnings, allow the alerts to get to emergency personnel as soon as they show up. The streamlined platform brings flood warning and resident evacuation systems right to our community leaders’ and emergency personnel’s fingertips.

Our partners’ smart parking applications have anywhere from single to multiple embedded sensors for improving accurate readings. From automated parking payments from inside your car to notifications and remotely refilling your meter. RPMA® (Random Phase Multiple Access) helps our partners take parking to the 21st century.

Data & Connection

The smartest parking allows for remote payment to refill the parking meter. Only RPMA has the ability to securely support point-of-sale transactions of all the existing LPWA connectivity options. Only RPMA has enough capacity to have completely acknowledged two-way communications allowing end users to refill their parking meter while at their concert downtown. No other existing or developing LPWA technology can claim the same.

AP

Because RPMA access points (AP) receive and understand over a thousand messages simultaneously, handling the large number of parking transactions at huge events like concerts and sports games is built right in. Mesh, cellular and cellular LPWA, as well as other existing LPWA solutions get bogged down under high capacity events, like thousands and thousands of incoming and outgoing parking updates.

Cloud

Our restful API means that RPMA-enabled devices like life-saving flood sensors work with whatever interface you need, all in the cloud. Using the industry standard RESTful interface, we play nice with your favorite data tools, no matter where they reside.

Application Interface

With RPMA’s ecosystem of smart parking apps, our partners take smart parking straight to the smartphone. From notifications right to your phone, to payments while sitting in your car or at the show, parking has gone from a hassle to a seamless part of your night out.
